CrossFit Stapleton-Workout of the Day
This is a partner workout. While one partner is working (i.e. KB swing) the other is running 150M. Each partner must complete the movement and the run and both must be completely be finished before moving on to the next exercise.
- 20 KB Swings -150M Run
- 20 Goblet Squats-150M Run
- 20 Burpees -150M Run
Quickly move to the following exercises, only one partner is working at any specific time. So, divide up the work and as a team complete the following;
- 50 Wall Ball Shots
- 50 Box Jumps
- 200 Singles
Partners sprint together for 400M and you are DONE!
