Improving the Full Snatch

to fine-tune your snatch and break your PR.
A. Squat Snatch; 3-4 reps 65-75% of 1rm. Rest as needed x 5
5 Interval Sets:
Row 300m
3 rounds of Cindy (as fast as possible)
3 rounds of Cindy (as fast as possible)
– 5 Pull-ups
– 10 Push-ups
– 15 Air Squats
Rest 2 mins. between each set
*Goal is same time for all sets. Keep track of times on white board.
