A. Squat Snatch – On the minute x15 – Singles build to a 1RM – start at 50%
B. Snatch-Grip Deadlift – 4×2-3 – begin loading at 105% of max weight from A
For time – 2000m Row relays
Teams of 4 will use one rower in a race to 2000m — Team members can only row a 250m split at a time and must rotate evenly
