A) Build to heaviest in complex, 20 minutes:
1 Snatch balance + 3 Overhead squats
5 x 3 minute AMRAPs @80-90%:
3 Hang snatches – 115/75#
6 Pushups, hand release
9 Air squats
Rest 1 minute between AMRAPs
BOOTCAMP RX CLASS:
WOD 1 – Pace- 10 Rounds for Time:
50 Rope Jumps -singles
7 Toes to Bar
WOD 2 – Pace- 4 Rounds for Time:
40′ Broad Jumps
