Many of us feel lost when deciding on what supplements we want to put into our bodies… Recovery Protein? Whey? Creatine? Glutamine? Amino Acids? Egg Protein vs. Soy Protein?

The list goes on and on…

There are so many sports supplements on the market! In this class we will hash out what you need and what you don’t. We will discuss how to tell if what you are buying is good quality or a junk (fillers/metals/ect.) filled product (a HUGE majority of sports nutrition supplements are filled with more sugars and junk than you will believe!).

We will also chat about when and how to properly implement common supplements (such as recovery protein, creatine, 100% whey, etc.) into your diet properly so you can reap the benefits you are striving for!

Tayler will have different supplements (SFH Recovery, Recoverite , SFH Pure, and more) on hand so we can pick apart the nutrition labels together and broaden your understanding on how what these supplements are comprised of and how these supplements impact your health and fitness goals.

You are encouraged to bring the current supplements you use so we can take a look at them together and break them apart as a class!
