Nutrition 101 Class:
Learn about the basics of nutrition and its impacts on performance and recovery.
The Intro to Nutrition 101 class will be FREE to all current members and will be run on a recurring month to month basis (The first Saturday of each month). This course is designed to inform our athletes on the basics of nutrition and get you off and running on the right foot to a happy and healthy lifestyle.In this course we will discuss how nutrition affects our performance and recovery, how to structure your meals and snacks properly, tips on crushing your next grocery shopping trip (sample grocery list handouts will be provided) and much more!
You will receive one FREE food log handout and an explanation on how Tayler will be reviewing them for you (A $20 value!).

This month’s Specialty Seminar will be on: Kids meals and snacks!
This is a much discussed topic at the gym.
What do I pack my kids for lunch?
What are some healthy snack options that are great for on the go?
How can I get my kids involved in the kitchen with me?
All of the above questions and more will be answered at this specialty class. Tayler will provide you all with recipes for kid friendly snack and lunch options.
Come ready with questions and hungry to try out a few of the recipes Tayler will be sampling!
