We are happy to announce the following new A La Carte Nutrition Services here at CrossFit Stapleton!

 Email if you are interesting in signing up for any of our services or if you have any questions.

Baseline Nutritional Assessment – $35

30-minute consultation with Tayler to assess your current nutritional status and future goals.  Includes: skin-fold testing, “before” pictures, goal sheet.

Weekly Menu and Shopping List – $20/week

Do you enjoy cooking but struggle to come up with new ideas?  Tayler will provide you with custom designed weekly menus and shopping lists that will rotate seasonly. 

3-Day Food Log Review – $20/log

Food log accountability is a huge part of success when it comes to meeting your nutritional goals.  Having someone to answer to is motivating and will keep you on track in your efforts to achieve your goals. 

101 Seminars – FREE!

This course is held on the 1st Saturday of each month and is designed to inform our athletes on the basics of nutrition to get you off and running on the right foot to a happy and healthy lifestyle.

In this course we will discuss how nutrition affects our performance and recovery, how to structure your meals and snacks properly, tips on crushing your next grocery shopping trip and much more!  Sample grocery lists handouts will be provided. 

Speciality Seminars – $20

This course is held on the 2nd Saturday of each month and will cover different nutrition topics on a rotating basis.  The goal of these seminars are to better your understanding on the science of nutrition and how it relates to exercise and a healthy lifestyle.  Topics to include: Supplements, Metabolism, Fluid Balance, etc.

These services are available starting today along with our newly revamped 8-week Nutrition Coaching program.
