Saturday Schedule for the Summer
This Saturday will be the last 7am class on Saturday for the rest of the summer. With summer in full-swing, we are ditching the 7am CrossFit class until the end of August. We will still have the 8am CrossFit class every Saturday.
Starting next Saturday we are adding an Open Gym time every Saturday from 9am to 10am, so feel free to drop-in and work on your mobility or whatever other movements you would like to improve on.

- Power Clean x1 + Squat Clean x1 Complex
– Build to a heavy set in 10-12min
AMRAP 12min (80-90%)
10 Wallballs (20#/14#)
10 HR pushups
BOOTCAMP RX CLASS:
WOD – 20 minute AMRAP
10 dumbbell or KB thrusters
15 v-ups (sub knee-ups or abmat situps)
20 DU’s (sub jumping squats or stick jumps)
CASHOUT (IF TIME):
3 minutes “Manmakers”
