One of the most expensive pieces of equipment we have in the gym and most
often used are the barbells. We take great pride in the use of barbells and teaching the
lifts. We are happy to provide enough barbells so that no one is without, regardless of
class size. Empty barbells, barbells with bumpers that are 15# or less on each side, and
kettle bells were not intended to be dropped from any height. So if you want to drop
the bars, get strong enough so its acceptable (25# and up) .
