No Limits Bootcamp at Central Park Wednesday June 20, 2012

Today was so much fun!!  I love when you guys encourage and support one another during these workouts! 

Welcome Meredith!!  We are excited to have you!!

 

WOD

One the minute every minute of push ups and air squats.  Starting the 1st round with 1 push up and 2 air squats.  Each minute adding 1 push up and 2 air squats.  The cycle ends when you can no longer complete a round within that given minute.
