“Fight Gone Bad” is a very well known workout within the crossfit community.  This workout should be done in the highest intensity possible.  That being said, you should have earned your minute rest between each round!  Good work to those that pushed your limits!

 

WOD

“FIGHT GONE BAD”

3 rounds

1 minute of work for reps x 5 stations. Rest 1 minute at the end of each round.

  • SDHP
  • box jumps
  • push press w/ 18# body bar
  • mountain climbers (4 count)
