Well, hello August!!! The workouts never get old in bootcamp. This is what makes it so great and fun. We are doing something different all the time! So, why not include a workout like today?!

10 minute cut off. Cones 10m apart. One shuttle is down & back
minute 1 =(1) shuttle (down & back)
minute 2 = (2) shuttle (down & back twice)
minute 3 = (3) shuttle (down & back tree times)
minute 4 = (4) shuttle (down & back four times)
and so on….until minute 10
Score: the last round when sprints were completed within the minute.
