For those of you who don’t know the difference between CrossFit and CrossFit Endurance please read below. CFE is program that is designed to coincide with your regular CrossFit programming in-order to improve your endurance ‘sport’ potential. This program will run hand in hand with our current programming and you will have additional ‘homework’ to complete during the week before you meet again on Sundays. Please sign into this class on ZenPlanner just as you would any other CrossFit class we offer.

CrossFit Endurance is an endurance sports training program dedicated to improving performance, fitness and endurance sports potential.
