BOOTCAMP RX/CROSSFIT CLASSES:
A. Partner WOD – 4 Rounds EACH:
5 HSPU (sub pushups)
10 Pullups (sub ring rows)
20 KB Swings (55/35)
25 Wall Balls (20,14)
*P1 completes a full round
*P2 completes a 400m Run or Row (athlete choice but partners should do the same thing) and rests with remaining time until P1 is done with their round
***Coaches Note for WOD – this WOD will be LONG! Each partner is doing 4 Rounds, so that will be a total of 8 Rounds that they have to complete. I would start WOD as early on in the hour as possible!
