4 rounds (Rotate Stations as a team)
20 KB thrusters (2×55/2×35)
20 Toes to bar
20 Deadlifts (225/155#)
20 Pull-ups (ctb/regular)
1) Teams of 3-5, try to split gym in equal halves
2) One person per station
3) Ex – they must complete all x20 kb thrusters before the next team member begins their x20 T2B, etc.
4) Allow 3-5 minutes of rest between rounds
5) Members MUST rotate to a new station of their choosing, cannot repeat stations
