BOOTCAMP RX IS BACK IN THE PARK ON SUNDAYS.
This is a seasonal class that many of you know and love!! If you have never been to one of our outdoor bootcamps before, you are in for a real treat!!
We meet up at the soccer fields… This is a FREE class so please bring your friends and family to check it out! This class will be replacing our indoor 8:30am BootcampRX class (weather permitting), so please do not show up at the gym on Sundays.

CROSSFIT/BOOTCAMP RX CLASS:
Divide and Conquer:
6 minute max calorie row (P2: V-ups until you switch)
6 minutes max reps Goblet Squat (55/35) (P2: Holds plate OH, if breaks, P1 stops movement)
6 minutes max reps Pullups (P2: Hangs from Pullup Bar, if drop, P1 stops)
6 minutes max reps situps (P2: Superman hold on floor, if breaks, P1 stops)
6 minutes max reps Handstand pushups (P2: holds HS or plank, if break, P1 stops)
Only one athlete accumulating reps at a time while P2 does holds, switch as necessary
No rest between exercises, immediately rotate after each 6M interval
Score = total reps completed by your team
