800m Run/Walk carrying the Bar (Can carry it however you want!)

*DO NOT DROP BAR OUTSIDE!!
- Break reps up however you like bar must NEVER touch the floor
- P1 works while P2 rests
- If bar touches the ground at any point = 10 burpees EACH on the spot!
