We NOW have a 2014 GOAL BOARD up in the gym right by the kettle bell rack.
Pleas take a moment this week to recored you name and goals for the 2014 year at CFS.
As you reach your goals we will cross them off our goal board!! Lets see how many goals we can knock off the board by 2015!!
Think hard about your goals, we are excited to see what you all come up with.
Please remember we have many many athletes that need a spot on the board… be mindful of how much space you use when recording your goal!
