We did not document many of Cleans or total Rounds for WOD today. Please be sure to update the board so we can establish PR’s. We base a lot of our future WOD’s loads on 1 Rep Maximums for various movements. For example “Use 75% of your 1 RM front squat for this METCON”….it also helps you see your personal progress.  Focusing on nutrition today with this info on fructose and how it relates to obesity. FRUCTOSE.
